Double cartridge color pump tube suitable for Ismatec peristaltic pump
Order and use the dual card color pump tube and extension tube below to fully configure your Ismatec ® Pump system. Pump tubes are made of various materials and can meet almost any transmission application needs. The card strips on the dual card pump tube are dyed in different colors according to the inner diameter of the pump tube. These pump tubes can be used with any Ismatec standard chuck pump and pump head. The pressure of the chuck can reach 3.1 bar.

Technical Tips!
How to splice microporous tubes
Connect one end of the pump tube (A) with color markings to one end of the extension tube (B). The inner and outer diameters of the two pump tubes should be the same.
Align the center of a pump tube (C) that is 25-50 mm long and has a larger size with the ends (A and B) that need to be connected. Short pump tubes should be made of similar materials, and the inner diameter should be approximately equal to the outer diameter of the pump tube to be connected.
Align the center of the short pump tube (C) with the connection position, then apply a layer of solvent or sealant on the outside of the pump tube (B), and slide the pump tube (C) onto (B). Repeat the operation on pump tube (A) to permanently connect the pump tube. If the pump tube needs to be replaced in the future, simply apply solvent or sealant to pump tubes (B) and (C).
